36 Days In The Hospital. . 41 Days Early. . 18 Hours In Labor. . 35 Minutes Of Pushing. . 21 Days In The NICU. . 1 Month Of Being In Our Life. . Happy One Month Baby Boy… you are the best thing to happen to us & the love we have for you is on another level. Finding out about you at such a late period was a shock to me , your dad & legit everyone. Pure happiness nonetheless . The journey that we went through was definitely one for the books, to a quick “we need to do a gender reveal in like a week” to no baby shower but still got everything + more that we needed. Shout out to my mother & the village ! Support was definitely supporting 🙏🏽 But if you know YOU KNOW me being in the hospital for my health & his wasn’t the easiest thing ever, physically, emotionally & mentally. But going through that pain during labor/pushing you out & having your dad help with you being born is something I would 110% experience again. 🤞🏽 Overall the biggest blessings till this day were the NICU nurses, taking care of you when we couldn’t , seeing you in ways that broke us but just made us stronger & definitely gave us a lot of patience in waiting for you to be the healthiest you could be to come home ( lord knows I don’t have patience AT ALL! ) but here we are now , a month later from you being born to being in our arms at home in peace.
