Words can’t fully describe what it has felt like losing Lola a few weeks ago. She would have been 14 in April. Our sweet Lola girl was truly one of a kind, with the most special little personality. From the way she sounded like Chewbacca, to how she flirted with all the men, to those head tilts anytime we mentioned the beach, there was simply no one like her. I’ll miss our cuddles on the sofa, our beach swims, the long fur around your ears, the way you made everyone’s day better, and the way you talked back at me with such sass. You were our last piece of the Bahamas, and you brought so much love and personality into our lives. My sweet Bahamian potcake, my Lola, you will be forever missed and always in our hearts. 🤍
