Guam’s tradition of military service is something we take great pride in, but it comes with a heavy toll. We send our people in greater numbers than almost anywhere else in the nation, meaning the reality of Memorial Day touches almost every village on our island. Monday was a day to acknowledge the men and women from the Marianas whose tours ended in loss, and offer our respect to the families who carry that grief every day. 🇬🇺 🇺🇸
