I gave them two times, and that was enough to understand something clearly: some lessons don’t get easier… they just get louder. I’ve been sitting with a video on my phone and a question that won’t leave me alone: do I post it, or do I protect the peace? They say focus on the good. Let the bad go. And I believe that… I do. But I keep asking myself: who am I really serving if I stay quiet about something that directly affects the people who trust me? My audience isn’t here for a highlight reel. They’re here because they trust me to tell the truth. Will honesty cost me brand deals? Maybe. But all that does is make space for me to build more on my own. Because the truth is… what went wrong taught me more than what ever went right. Every broken promise. Every missed standard. Every moment they had a chance to fix it… and didn’t. I’m not holding onto it. I’m learning from it. This isn’t bitterness. This is tuition. No sugar last night… and maybe that’s exactly the point.
