Mindset Mondays ✨ Sometimes the things you dream about for years finally become reality. For the past 4 years, I’ve been brainstorming ways to be involved with Vivid through food, and this year it finally happened. I’m very grateful to the @vividsydney Fire Kitchen family @birdcowfish @adlcross and my management @atarimaeagency . From cooking on the new Food For Thought Stage at Vivid Fire Kitchen to sharing my love of Fijian flavours, culture and storytelling through food with the @sydneyweekender audience, I’m incredibly grateful for these opportunities. A fun full-circle moment was being interviewed by @LukeJacobz . Many years ago, Luke was the host when I competed and sang on Popstars back in 2004. To cross paths again all these years later, this time as a chef sharing my food journey, was pretty special.
