Let’s be honest we’ve all been there 🤣 especially in the early days of your career! However so many fighters do this way too much! I’ve never not been in the gym, would fight Sat be back on Monday and that’s been a constant my entire career, back in to help my team mates and improve my own skills and work on things! Yes I ballooned and used to put on hefty weight within a week of fighting but I was always in the gym, the diet just went a bit sideways that’s all 🤷🏼‍♂️ Older and wiser and always ready these days, could make weight with ease on a couple of hour notice and always fit, sharp and ready to go if the call 📞 comes from anyone! #boxing #fighter #punisher #stayready #workworkwork
