🎞️ A 520 post for my loved ones… 💛🧡 Last weekend I wasn’t able to celebrate Mothers Day with my kids because I was still working in Changsha but as I was scrolling my photo album in the middle of the night, I realized that all these pictures I took of them just the week before really shows how fast they’re growing up. The few days I had earlier in May, I had the chance to take Rafa and Yannick to a track n field meet, a friend’s house for a small gathering, and it wasn’t only all fun— we even went to tutor classes to prepare the kids better for Chinese school. When I see them trying their best no matter if the challenge is sport, making friends or learning, it really means a lot to me that they give it their all. As a parent, I’m sure you can all resonate with me when I say the proudest is not if they are number 1, but that they aspire to be better day by day. Many thanks to the people who have helped me along the way especially when I haven’t been home a lot these two months. ❤️🥰
