One of the BEST things I did during pregnancy was to create and film my new 21 day weight training program, Muscle Mami. Here I am 7 months pregnant and I have no pain, I’m sleeping deeply and I’m stronger than ever. We are about to move across the country and I feel capable, confident and calm. If you told me last year this is where I’d be and what I’d be doing, I would picture myself full of stress and truly just freaking tf out. But here I am, feeling like anything is possible. And I owe that to this program. I’m ready for all the chaos, the unexpected beauty and joy, the wild ride that has been the very best adventure of my life. I would love for you to join me!
