{07/06/21-07/06/22 Always keep on moving forwards in the direction of the change you want to see in yourself. It doesn’t matter if it’s physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, or all of the above as it has been in the last year I’ve had! The physical might be the obvious change, but the most amount of work has been invisible on the mental and emotional aspects of how I wanted to change myself, the parts I knew I had no control over, and the parts I learned with time that I did.
