I certainly don't spend enough time patting myself on the back, or giving myself credit for the work I put in on a daily basis. But my recent check-in conversation with my department's director made me realize I need to stop and allow myself to celebrate my wins, no matter how big or small. This journey with @hyatt has set me on a career path I had long "forgot" I wanted to pursue. Forever grateful for the amazing individuals I get to connect with across the world, and for the endless opportunities to learn, grow and develop. I'm a learner, so it feels like absolute alignment to work for a company that genuinely supports that. Cheers to more opportunities to be the best version of myself. 🥂
