▪ INGREDIENTS:
1 Handful Fish Cakes, 2 Handful Cabbage, 1 Handful Scallion, 600ml Dried Anchovy Broth
Tteokbokki Batter: 200g All-Purpose Flour, 1 Tsp Salt, 100ml Hot Water
Sauce: 4 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste, 4 Tbsp Sugar, 2 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder, 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 2 Tsp Minced Garlic, 1 Boiled Egg

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix 4 Tbsp red pepper paste, 4 Tbsp sugar, 2 Tbsp red pepper powder, 2 Tbsp soy sauce and 2tsp minced garlic in a bowl.
Get another bowl and mix 200g all-purpose flour, 1 tsp salt and 100ml hot water by using a chopstick.
Put the batter in a plastic bag and let it sit in a refrigerator for an hour.
FERMENTATION Refrigerator 1 hour
2. Roll the fermented batter into strings to make it into a rice cake shape.
Boil the rice cake for 7 minutes.
3. Add the rice cakes, 1 handful fish cakes, 2 handful cabbage, 1 handful scallions, seasoning and 600ml anchovy broth in a pot and boil it.

I've tried this several time with rice flour but the inner part of tteok wont get cooked no matter how long i waited :' what should i do??
