If you need a 10 min dinner packed with veggies, flavor and protein chowmein is a go to!! A simple sauce is the key to add tons of flavor!! Soy sauce
Cane organic sugar
Fresh ginger
Garlic
Red pepper flakes
Sesame oil
I added mushrooms, broccoli, carrot, and a whole head of Napa cabbage to a hot hot pan with coconut oil. After veggies are browned on the edges but still crunchy I added a cup of egg whites.
I lb of veggie pasta noodles cooked a little shy of done all the way through.
Toss the noodles in with the veggies with the pan still on high and add the sauce.
Delish served hot, room temp or cold from the fridge 😉 -
