One hour til the @balanceathletica launch - who is excited?!? I’m wearing the OG Top in the color Dire Wolf and the Ascend Pant in Copperhead ➡️ King Cheetah ➡️ & Snow Leopard! I wear a size Small in everything! Big thanks to @taychayy for inviting me to @apexhumanperformance this morning so @austinbrowe could kick both of our asses 😅😅 I absolutely love trying new things and switching things up from my regular routine! So ya girl decided to get some updated measurements for my YT hauls and apparently my glutes have grown an inch since the last time I measured them which I believe was at the end of the Summer tbh don’t even remember but I GUESS THICCMAS REALLY WORKED Y'ALL 😂😭🙌🏻 Figured I would share some of my favey fave glute focused exercises at the moment 👇🏻
- Squatting Hip abductors (Performed like a true basic IG bihhh lmao but for real go heavy as possible on these and your ass will be on fire)
- Sumo squats (I prefer doing sumos on the smith machine so I can get lower and really focus on driving through my heels)
- Hip thrusts (duh)
- Sumo deadlifts (the ones I’m doing are more of a hybrid conventional/sumo because I have a jacked up hip flexor but nonetheless great for the tush)
- Glute press downs (was debating including these but I’ve really been diggin em lately to isolate each side)
- Cable pull throughs (the first time I tried these it was actually euphoric and I legit never want to do a leg day without them)
