Getting to travel to Botswana for @si_swimsuit is an experience I’ll never forget. We were blessed with the surroundings of nothing but pure nature and wildlife. There was a sense of peace and disconnection being there. Although I was there for a short amount of time it’s a feeling I try to channel when feeling overwhelmed. At the time we shot I was going through a lot emotionally and getting to travel across the world and find such a grounding/peaceful feeling was somehow so healing. On the way back from this trip I traveled alone, sat at lunch with strangers, and it was such a beautiful way to start the year. Getting to share these memories with the amazing SI team and girls is so special 🥺🤍 forever grateful to have such a beautiful memory live on with these photos. . .
