Beverly was the first friend I made in the industry, and from the beginning, she showed me nothing but genuine love and kindness. No matter the time or circumstance, she would pick me up from home and make sure I got back safely, never once complaining. It has been incredibly difficult trying to find the right words to express how deeply hurt I feel right now😭. When my family home burnt to the ground, Bev constantly checked in on me. Even when I couldn’t answer her calls, she would send messages reminding me to take things one day at a time. She always said, “Yvonne, I’m here for you. Whenever you’re ready to talk, I’m here.” And i knew if anybody understood how i felt, she did. What breaks my heart💔 even more is that she was fighting her own battle with cancer through all of this, yet she still found the strength to pour love and encouragement into others. I am absolutely guttered . Beverly, thank you for your kindness, your friendship, your warmth, and your beautiful heart. I only wish I had said thank you more often, and I wish you had allowed some of us to be there for you the same way you were always there for us.
