9 years ago today, I won World’s Strongest Man and retired… Looking back now, it’s crazy to think how much life has changed since that moment. Since then, I’ve had more beautiful kids 🧒🧒👶, built and bought successful businesses, starred in films, produced films, stepped into the fight world on some huge stages with more still to come and had the privilege of working with people I once looked up to as heroes. Along the way, I’ve made friendships that will last a lifetime 😊 I’ve achieved a lot… But the biggest achievement of all is building a life where my happiness and peace are at a level I never thought possible ❤️ People ask me all the time “Why don’t you come back to strongman? You’d still do well.” Truth is… I’d love to… But I value growing my family, being present for them, protecting my health, and making memories with the people I love’ way more than any trophy or world record could ever give me. I was lucky enough to live my dream of becoming The World’s Strongest Man and deadlifting the impossible. And honestly… I’m still living that dream today 😊 Strongman gave me a life I could never have imagined, and for that I’ll always be grateful 🙏 Dream big. Never give up. And when the opportunity comes… Go out and f*cking earn it 💪 Big Love, The Beast.
