When you combine two Bruneians fav dishes Mi Goreng and Buttermilk Chicken! Here is one recipe I always wanted to share. Cook buttermilk chicken the way you like it and add Indofood Mi Goreng to toss with the sauce! Advisable to cook Mi Goreng slightly underdone like 90 seconds because it will cook further in the buttermilk sauce. You can choose to make it spicier by adding chili padi but I only used regular chilies.
