After spending so many years honing my skills in understanding what sparks joy for me through going through my things and tidying up, I’ve become truly attuned to the things that are joyful and meaningful to me. By prioritizing the things that truly matter to me, for example, making time out of my day to make myself a cup of tea, or something simple like opening the curtains and windows to let in fresh air each morning, allows me to reset and come back to myself!
