Den Lehrkräften in unserer Community erzählen wir wahrscheinlich nichts Neues. Wir sind gespannt auf eure Erfahrungen. Und bei allen anderen würde uns interessieren, ob ihr dieses Klischee auch im Kopf hattet. Rund 90 % der Lehrer:innen arbeiten gerne an ihrer Schule. Sie engagieren sich, doch dieses Engagement hat seinen Preis. Lehrkräfte in Deutschland leisten durchschnittlich drei Überstunden pro Woche – zusätzlich zu einer ohnehin schon hohen Arbeitsbelastung. Die Lärmbelastung, etwa in Pausen und im Sportunterricht, stellt zusätzlich ein Gesundheitsrisiko dar. Deshalb fordert der Deutsche Lehrerverband: Schulen brauchen mehr Personal, um Lehrkräfte zu entlasten und um Ausfälle zu kompensieren. Außerdem braucht es mehr Zeit und Raum für Sozialarbeit und psychologische Betreuung der Schüler:innen. Wie viel Zeit für zusätzliche Aufgaben wie Elterngespräche oder Dokumentation erforderlich ist, ist oft unklar. Der Verband fordert weniger Bürokratie, damit Lehrer sich wieder auf das Unterrichten konzentrieren können. Landsat has also been studying our planet for nearly 54 years now. Such a long data record means that scientists can analyze how these changes unfold over the course of decades.
